🌿 CPA Green Schools 🌱

This week, Craig Benton visited Coláiste Pobail Acla, delivering an engaging and insightful workshop for our Junior Cycle students and Green-Schools Committee. His presentation explored waste reduction, recycling, and composting, encouraging students to reflect on how small daily actions can make a meaningful difference for the environment.

The workshop prompted excellent discussion and enthusiasm among students, inspiring us all to continue strengthening our commitment to sustainability within our school community.

Well done to Briain Daly, 2nd year, who came 3rd in both the U16 Boys 800m and 1500m events at the Connacht Indoor Athletics, held at the TUS Arena in Athlone last weekend.

He has now qualified for the All Irelands at the same venue later this year. Well done Briain 👍🏻🏃🏻‍♂️
