One Book One Read 2025
Today Coláiste Pobail Acla first years had the pleasure of meeting up with our incoming students for September. Very few introductions were needed!
We learned about William Shakespeare and worked on some activities together. Second years Evie Hanley and Angel Dempsey gave a wonderful presentation on the differences between national school and secondary school. Sixth class students could ask them any questions they had, and the girls answered very informatively.
It was a very enjoyable day. Thank you to all the Achill, Mulranny, Ballycroy and Newport schools for sending staff with their pupils. We can't wait to see you all in August.
