Soccer
There are both boys and girls soccer teams in Coláiste Pobail Acla. 5 a side tournaments take place throughout the year. Much of the hard work in honing the skills of the players is down to the hard work of local clubs. A Teacher takes students for training. Our school also blitz days throughout the year on Astroturf or in local sports halls. This ensures game time for our players.
This year our girls team entered a Futsol competition which they did fantastically well in finishing second in Co. Mayo. Maith sibh.
